I’ve been toying with this idea for a while. It finally came to life in my mad scientist kitchen!

I made peanut butter ice cream. It didn’t turn out. I will have to try that again because it would be really good to have that – except peanut butter isn’t Paleo. I won’t tell if you won’t.
Place chocolate in a double boiler until chocolate is melted. Once chocolate as melted, add coconut palm sugar. Stir well. Often coconut milk is separated from cream and water. Place coconut water in a gravy shaker or protein shake container with a ball whisk like this one. Add the arrowroot powder and shake until combined. This will eliminate clumps. Add to chocolate mixture with the coconut cream. Whisk together in double boiler. Once incorporated and thickening, remove from heat and add vanilla extract. Place in a jar and to re-heat, simply put the jar in a large bowl and pour hot water around it. It creates the best consistency for slathering.
